Helpful from first enquiry until completion of project. Best customer I’ve experienced online for many years. So helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Fabulous selection of tiles at the best prices. Total Tiles went above and beyond to source the tiles we wanted and our order was delivered earlier than quoted. We knew to the exact hour when they were to be delivered. Fantastic communication throughout. Honestly such a great team at Total Tiles, thank you all.

Good quality products + very competitive prices. Samples arrive next day and the orders were delivered very promptly too. What i really liked is when some of the tiles were damaged during the delivery, the process to sort it out was super straight forward, the customer support team actually were really supportive! Thank you!

I did receive two packs of broken tiles, and they were easily replaced and delivered the following day. Great service all round would definitely use again and recommend others too.

And another surprise. The tiles I ordered for wall are not the exact size stated on the website. And now they don't match floor tiles calibration. My bad that I didn't checked real size as soon as the tiles arrived.
Beware and check everything.
Also have in mind that this company trying to bribe people to remove bad reviews.

What fantastic customer service from Ben. Had an order I received in Aug and only got round to opening them a month ago, of which one box were broken. I was placing a new order today and asked if the broken box could be taken into account and without a quibble, Ben got this agreed.

Amazing quality tiles at a great price! I love my new tiles. The delivery was on time and everything worked like clockwork. And when by a freak of nature, the wind pushed over 4 of my tiles ( my fault) , Jack from customer services sorted it all out within minutes! Jack was helpful, solution orientated and arranged for these tiles to be replaced by the company. Service doesn't get better than this. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Thanks Jack.

Total Tiles customer service is run by real human beings. I had an issue with an order and they listened patiently to me and didn't fob me off with 'computer says no' responses. They sorted the issue quickly and professionally. I work in CS so know how hard it is to combine keen prices and this level of customer service. I would buy again from Total Tiles in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone.

Ordered in a panic as fitting an new bathroom to a tight timescale.
Was informed that the tiles would be with me Monday, which made me a bit nervous as work due to start first thing Monday morning.

Total tiles were amazing through the whole process of my order and refund.
I chose what date I would like my tiles delivered.
They arrived on the date with no problems.
I had a few boxes of tiles left over.
Total tiles were just fab with the communication of how to return our unused tiles.
This was an easy process and once the tiles were received back a full refund was given.
Cannot fault this company or the amazing service they offer
